A Day of Mindfulness Meditation Practices

Dear Friends - Our Day of Mindfulness is postponed until the viral causes and conditions support our coming together in a safe and healthy manner. Be gentle with your good selves as we navigate the coming days, weeks and months.

Let us water positive seeds in our bodies, hearts and minds.

Together we will explore practices to nourish happiness, calm & understanding in a day of mindfulness meditation, Qi Gong, deep relaxation, walking meditation in the beautiful Octagon at Blueberry Gardens. Each day is a new beginning. Each breath is an opportunity to let go of negative feelings and plant positive attitudes. A day to meditate together, to grow in peace and love. Please bring a vegetarian potluck offering for lunch, a water bottle and any special pillows or you need.  Blueberry Gardens has no kitchen but has yoga mats, chairs, and blankets.

Patrick and Joann have been practicing various forms of meditation for over 25 years, are ordained members of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing and are certified Qi Gong teachers.
