JOIN US FOR A DAY OF MINDFULNESS
As the seasons change let us solidify our practice together.
Together we will deepen our practice in a day of mindfulness meditation, Qi Gong, deep relaxation, walking meditation and sharing our experiences in a beautiful setting. One breath at a time we change. Each breathe is an opportunity to let go of negative feelings and harvest positive seeds. A day to meditate together, grow in peace and love. Please bring a vegetarian potluck offering for lunch, a water bottle and any special pillows or you need. Blueberry Gardens has no kitchen but does have yoga mats, chairs, and blankets.
