春天健康

Renewal is the hallmark of Spring.

Five Animal Play Qi Gong is one of the most ancient continuously practiced healing exercise systems in the world.  Created by “the Father of Chinese Medicine” - Hua Tuo (A.D. 110-207) these peaceful movements modeled on the movements of the Crane, Bear, Monkey, Deer and Tiger.  Participants will develop more strength, grace, flexibility, balance and healing in a relaxed group setting.  You will feel the effects in your body, mind and spirit as you find more harmony with nature and yourself. Renew yourself in the healing Qi field of this class. No experience necessary.  Instructors: Patrick Smith and Joann Malone.

The class will meet in the Dance Studio of the Takoma Park Community Center located on 7500 Maple Ave in Takoma Park, MD.  Class runs from 7 to 8 pm on Tuesdays from April 7th until May 26,2020.  The fee for this 8 week class is $105 for residents of Takoma Park and $115 for non-residents.
