Today, our monthly gathering of Qi Gong teachers coincided with the Solar Eclipse. We took a break from discussing and practicing transmitting Qi to receive the powerful energy generated by eclipse. We stood in awe of the power of the Universe, knowing that energy is available to us all when we allow ourselves to open.
